2.2 Comment Function

When users leave comments on our website, in addition to this information, the time of their creation and the username previously chosen by the visitor to the website are stored. This is for our security as we may be prosecuted for illegal content on our website, even if it was created by users.

2.5 Storage Period

Data will be deleted no later than 6 months after processing the request. Insofar as a contractual relationship arises, we are subject to the statutory retention periods according to the German Commercial Code (HGB) and delete your data after the expiry of these periods.

4. Use of Google Maps

On this website we used the offer of Google Maps. Google Maps is operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (hereinafter referred to as “Google”). This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enable you to use the map function conveniently.

5. Embedded YouTube Videos

Some of our webpages contain embedded YouTube videos. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA (hereafter “YouTube“). Your visit of a page with the YouTube plugin sets up a connection to the YouTube servers whereby YouTube is being told which pages you are looking at. When you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube is able to allocate your surf conduct to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account prior thereto.
