Geringste Abweichungen au\u00dferhalb definierter Toleranzen sind inakzeptabel. Um diese Pr\u00e4zision zu erreichen, sind temperaturstabile, vibrationsfreie Schleifprozesse unerl\u00e4sslich. Die Linearmotoren sorgen f\u00fcr maximale Beschleunigung in allen drei Achsen, was die Bearbeitungszeiten deutlich reduziert.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e4zises Hochgeschwindigkeitsschleifen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beim Hochgeschwindigkeits-Profilschleifen werden normalerweise kurvengesteuerte Maschinen und Servomotoren eingesetzt. Okamoto hingegen setzt auf Lineartechnik f\u00fcr die Tischachse sowie die horizontalen und vertikalen Bewegungen. Dies erm\u00f6glicht deutlich h\u00f6here Beschleunigungswerte und eine extrem hohe Wiederholgenauigkeit. Thomas Loscher erkl\u00e4rt: \u201cDie in der UPZ 210Li eingesetzten Linearmotoren erm\u00f6glichen Tischgeschwindigkeiten von bis zu 50 m\/min. Bei einer Hubl\u00e4nge von 20 mm ist zum Beispiel das Hartmetallschleifen mit 520 Pendelh\u00fcben pro Minute m\u00f6glich.
