Las m\u00e1s m\u00ednimas desviaciones fuera de las tolerancias definidas son inaceptables. Para lograr esta precisi\u00f3n, son esenciales los procesos de rectificado a temperatura estable y sin vibraciones. Thomas Loscher, director t\u00e9cnico de Okamoto, explica: \u201cAdem\u00e1s, todo jefe de producci\u00f3n se esfuerza naturalmente por fabricar sus componentes con tiempos de mecanizado muy r\u00e1pidos. Okamoto ha cumplido todos estos requisitos clave con los sistemas de la serie UPZ 210Li. Okamoto, sin embargo, apuesta por la tecnolog\u00eda lineal para el eje de la mesa, as\u00ed como para los movimientos horizontales y verticales. Esto permite valores de aceleraci\u00f3n significativamente m\u00e1s altos y una repetibilidad extremadamente alta. Thomas Loscher explica: \u201cLos motores lineales utilizados en la UPZ 210Li permiten velocidades de la mesa de hasta 50 m\/min. Con una longitud de carrera de 20 mm, por ejemplo, es posible el rectificado de metal duro con 520 carreras pendulares por minuto.
