Les moindres \u00e9carts en dehors des tol\u00e9rances d\u00e9finies sont inacceptables. Pour atteindre cette pr\u00e9cision, des processus de rectification stables en temp\u00e9rature et sans vibrations sont essentiels. Thomas Loscher, directeur technique chez Okamoto, explique : \u201cEn outre, chaque responsable de production s'efforce naturellement de fabriquer ses composants avec des temps d'usinage tr\u00e8s courts. Okamoto a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 toutes ces exigences avec les syst\u00e8mes de la s\u00e9rie UPZ 210Li. Les moteurs lin\u00e9aires assurent une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration maximale sur les trois axes, ce qui r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement les temps d'usinage.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Broyage pr\u00e9cis \u00e0 grande vitesse<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La rectification de profil \u00e0 grande vitesse utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des machines \u00e0 cames et des servomoteurs. Okamoto, en revanche, fait appel \u00e0 la technologie lin\u00e9aire pour l'axe de la table ainsi que pour les mouvements horizontaux et verticaux. Cela permet d'obtenir des valeurs d'acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration nettement sup\u00e9rieures et une r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Thomas Loscher explique : \u201cLes moteurs lin\u00e9aires utilis\u00e9s dans l'UPZ 210Li permettent d'atteindre des vitesses de table de 50 m\/min. Avec une longueur de course de 20 mm, par exemple, le meulage du carbure est possible avec 520 coups de pendule par minute.
