Feature
・The dual-axis grinding wheel spindle enables complex machining operations.
・The automatic machining data setting function automatically generates optimal grinding and dressing conditions. Simply input the grinding wheel grit size, wheel diameter, and wheel width, then enter the workpiece nominal diameter.
・Automatic calculation of base dressing and machining conditions is possible from grinding wheel information, workpiece dimensions, and overall length data.
・File management supports registration of 21 types of grinding wheel data and workpiece data. It offers operability unmatched by typical universal internal grinding machines.
・The screen displays no text; operations are completed via touch input while viewing the panel display.
The touch panel also eliminates unnecessary switch controls.
・Fully enclosed cover, grinding wheel spindle AC motor, and workpiece spindle AC servo motor are standard features.
Within the fully enclosed cover designed for environmental compliance, stable feed and depth of cut suppress grinding burn while achieving high machining accuracy.
